The tenant, which was established in 1962, is relocating fromapproximately 30,000 sf at 1520 Kensington Rd., Oak Brook, IL. Thecompany will move into Executive Towers West in August and will usethe space as its North American headquarters, a call center andexecutive offices for the new Abercrombie & Kent ResidenceClub. The destination club is expected to have 43 properties in 30locations by the end of the year, according to a statement on thenew program.

The company is moving into space that had been vacated byFremont Investment and Loan, says Steve Schnur, SVP of Duke'sChicago operations. The new tenant was able to take advantage ofthe existing build-out, he says. The travel company will also havesignage on the building that is visible from Interstate 88, Schnursays.
