Finish-out has begun onits new operations hub in the Summit's 140,908-sf building at 3100Technology Dr. in the Central Plano Industrial Park. Al Leon ofLeon Brothers Inc. in Dallas was the tenant rep while Majestic'sman on the ground, Al Sorrel, scored the winning run that filledthe project.
The City of Industry, CA-based Majestic Realty bought thedevelopment in May 2000. The sister building, located at 3101Summit Ave., has 140,592 sf. Both buildings sport 28-foot clearheights and are a stone's throw from Texas 190 and US Hwy. 75. Theoffice/warehouse space was on the market for $4 per sf, triplenet.
