The new Coreland assignments are Diamond Hills Plaza in DiamondBar, Canyon Springs in Riverside, Laguna Hills Plaza in LagunaHills, Santa Ana Plaza in Santa Ana, Rosewood Center in Bellflower,Del Amo Plaza in Cerritos and Gridley Plaza in Artesia. The variousleasing assignments will be handled by the team of Matt Hammond,Bryan Bauer, Thomas Tway and Tim Muller, according to StevenHogberg, Coreland's senior vice president of leasing and sales.

Diamond Hills Plaza is a 155,000-sf neighborhood shopping centerat 2751 S. Diamond Bar Blvd., with tenants including Super H Martand Rite Aid. It is owned by Country Hills Holding LLC (SarofinRealty Advisors) of Dallas.

Canyon Springs is a 150,000-sf promotional shopping center at2744 Canyon Springs Parkway, where Coreland's assignment includesleasing a 31,500-sf space that was formerly occupied by Linens 'NThings. Tenants include Best Buy and Michaels. The center is ownedby Canyon Springs Associates Ltd. of Los Angeles.
