Both facilities are located on the Pease InternationalTradepost--a former air base and current public airstrip. Thegrowing company needs the extra office space for its "rapidlyswelling employee base." Alpha is consolidating its operationscloser to its 29-aircraft fleet with this 10-year lease. MargotMcKean and Bob Marchewka from locally based Kane Co. representedthe seller, 325 Corporate Dr. LLC. The terms and price of the leasehave not been disclosed by the company or their broker at thistime.

Alpha Flying offers fractional ownership of smaller, privateaircraft, most notably the Pilatus PC-12. The owner can share thecost of gas, maintenance, storage and upkeep with other owners.Originally a locally-based company, it has begun expandingthroughout the US, most recently into Atlanta.

In nearby Durham, NH, Tom & Elizabeth Robinson nabbed a26-unit student housing complex for $4.2 million. The couple willkeep the three-story facility as student-housing for the Universityof New Hampshire students. There are approximately 90 beds in thefacility, originally developed by Marcia I. Nescot Revocable Trustin 1947. This is the first time the trust has parted ways with itscomplex.
