The New York City-based DMJM Harris was represented by JosephSarno of Cushman & Wakefield's Edison, NJ office, and NessHamaoui of Cushman & Wakefield of California Inc. Mack-Cali wasrepresented in-house by senior director of leasing Toni Casiano.The lease carries a term of 10 years; further details were notreleased. The complex's remaining availability of approximately90,000 sf is currently listed with asking prices in the $18.50 to$21 per sf range.
