Mack-Cali acquired the complex, consisting of two, two-story andtwo, three-story interconnecting buildings in mid-2004 as part of a13-building, 2.5 million-sf deal withAT&T. And in Q3 2005, managedhealthcare provider QualCare Alliance Networks took another largeblock of space off the market when it leased nearly 100,000 sf in aheadquarterrelocation from another nearby site.
