The tenant was represented by John B. Aires, sales associatewith NAI James E. Hanson in Hackensack. The landlord wasrepresented by brokers from the Bridgewater-based Atlantic RealEstate Services. Terms were not released.

"This transaction was attractive to Interstate Bakery becausethe landlord acted quickly in accommodating the tenant's need for aprompt move," Aires says. "The location is also convenient becauseit is between both of the company's former sites."

Interstate Bakery's new location is in this township's Somersetsection, near Exit 12 of I-287. The building's 153,000-sf layoutincludes 33,000 sf of office space.
