Sunbelt has named the CB Richard Ellis team of Bill Clark, TomDwyer, John La Spada, Jennifer Rice and Michael Slater as theleasing agents for the project, which features one building ofthree stories and one of two stories. The buildings are designed toaccommodate tenants ranging from 1,000 sf to 60,000 sf.

In December, Tri-Counties Regional Center signed a long-termlease for approximately 27,000 sf in the building at 2401 GonzalesRd. Tri-Counties, which is relocating and expanding from a previousOxnard location, is scheduled to occupy the building thismonth.

Tri-Counties was represented by Dwyer, Slater and Rice in thelease, which was the first signed at the Sunbelt ProfessionalCentre. Tri-Counties Regional Center contracts with the State ofCalifornia through the Department of Developmental Services toprovide support and services to children and adults withdevelopmental disabilities who live in Ventura, Santa Barbara andSan Luis Obispo Counties.
