Terrell, executive vice president and partner ofDallas-based Stream Realty Partners LP, tells GlobeSt.com thatschool administrators took practically as-is office space to pourtheir tenant-improvement allowance into creating classrooms in thesingle-story building at 1800 Lakeway Dr. The tenant's rep wasRussell Chase of Axis Realty Solutions in Lewisville.

Terrell says space has been empty since Centex Corp. moved outabout two years ago. The deal went full circle in less than 90days.

Terrell says the charter school has been operating in aconsiderably space at 997 Grandys Lane in Lewisville. According toInternet research, the locally based company, which operates 22charter schools, is setting up a campus for grades six through 12this year.
