The deal was brokered for the tenant by principal JamesScancarella and advisor Tina Brodsky of CresaPartners; the Rahway,NJ-based Denholtz was represented in-house by leasing directorSteven Geltzeiler. Terms were not released; availabilities in thethree-story, 118,000-sf building, are currently listed with anasking price of $23 per sf.

"Weworked closely with the firm's out-of-state representative, TimothyFisher of Fisher and Associates to complete this transaction andexpand their space by approximately 75%."
