Water's Edge Corporate Campus is a $60 million, 467,000-sfmixed-use project being developed by Manekin and Alex Brown Realty,at the intersection of Routes 40 and 543. Upon completion, Water'sEdge will comprise four mid-rise office buildings and foursingle-story office/retail buildings, as well as a hotel,restaurant and some entertainment facilities.

The campus' first two one-story office buildings are occupied byBay Gull Grill, Henning & Cole, Long & Foster, Ranstad andDr. Surendra Milak. GW Stephens & Associates, LogisticsManagement Institute, Applied Research, Regal Decisions, STEMInternational, TSLP, Booz Allen Hamilton, Ellin & Tucker,Chartered; D&S Consulting, MSA, The Survice Engineering Co.,MITRE Corp., Engineering and Professional Services Corp., SafeNet,and CACI Corp. occupy the first three mid-rise officebuildings.
