In the larger of the two deals, Zeta Interactive has taken justless than 18,900 sf on the second floor of the three-story,152,000-sf asset. Zeta, a New York City-based digital marketingagency, was represented by Brian Cass of the local office of JonesLang LaSalle. The Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co., which has aregional office here, was represented in-house by vice presidentRick Genthe.

In the second signing, McKesson Information Solutions has taken11,059 sf on the building's first floor. The San Francisco-basedhealthcare services and tech company was represented by NickHilton, an associate in the Saddle Brook, NJ office of CB RichardEllis, while Lincoln was once again represented by Genthe.
