DALLAS-The locally based property management company has hired a pair of senior vice presidents to oversee its operations in California. Handling Southern California is Craig Rooney, who will oversee a portfolio of more than 12,000 units and help to develop new business. Most recently in his 20-year career, he was a regional vice president for Western National Group, where he managed 7,000 units and new business development. Overseeing operations in Northern California is Heather Slack. She will manage more than 9,000 units in communities in the Bay Area and Sacramento. She, too, will help in new business development. She joins the firm from Alliance Residential, where she was national director of new business development.
