Those 157 units will be arrayed across 10, three-storybuildings, and preconstruction sales just got under way. The siteis at the intersection of Freneau Ave.--also known as State Route79--and Old Mill Rd. in this Monmouth County community. The cost ofthe project has not been released.

The project takes its name from an adjacent 10-acre preserve ofwoodlands and water. The community, which will have units of up to1,635 sf, will back up to that preserve. The site is also less thantwo miles from the Aberdeen-Matawan Train Station, a busy commuterhub for northern Monmouth and eastern Middlesex counties.

"The community will be affordable, and will have proximity tohighways and train services," says Paul Csik, SVP of AmericanProperties Realty. "Commuters can get to New York in less than anhour, and the fact that it's near some of the state's best beachtowns will further create a comfortable lifestyle for buyers."
