And owner Hillside Office Park LLC, a local group headed by MelFishman, has hired Newmark Knight Frank to find tenants for theavailabilities. For the latter, principal Seena Stein, directorPhilip Grosse and associate Jason Grosse of the firm's Rutherford,NJ office are handling the assignment.
"The owners are ready to deliver custom-built office space,"Stein says. "That space ranges from full floorplates to smallerunits. The buildings have recently undergone an interiorrenovation, and the offices can be divisible to 5,000 sf."
The office space available in Building A is currently listedwith an asking price of $21 per sf, for five-year and 10-yearterms. Warehouse space available on-site is listed with an askingprice of $6.50 a foot.
