Berman Enterprises, a Washington, DC-based real estatedevelopment company, will utilize industry knowledge and trackrecord of success in capital markets to structure the transactionsand enhance the value of the investments.

Hess and Anthony Carbonetti, also a managing director, willmanage this partnership for Giuliani Partners.

Jeffrey Berman of Berman Enterprises says in a prepared releasethat "we are excited to be associated with Giuliani Partners andtheir global experience and deal-making ability. We believe thatthe time is right to leverage our industry experience and strongcapital position with their ability to introduce proprietaryopportunities and provide expert advice to our portfolio companiesto bring superior returns." Berman was unable to answer furtherqueries by deadline.

Further queries to Giuliani Partners were also unanswered bydeadline. Giuliani founded Giuliani Partners as a management andconsulting company shortly after leaving City Hall in 2002. Overthe past year, as he competed in the Republican primary forpresident, he was reportedly largely absent from his company and isnow back full time.
