GVA Williams NJ's SVP BrynCinque and assistant VP Leslie Meril represented the tenant. Termswere not released; availabilities at Park 80 West are listed withrent "negotiable."
Park 80 West's Plaza I building, home to Rotenberg Meril, total224,000 sf of office space on eight floors. Its companion Plaza IIbuilding totals 264,000 sf on 11 floors.
The renewal also marks the second such signing in recent days atthe complex. As reported by GlobeSt.com, insurer JBA re-signed forits 26,777-sfspace.
