Belden Wire and Cable has signed for 16,287 sf for itsheadquarters for its Americas division. The new HQ is consolidatingsmaller offices in Indianapolis and Richmond, IN, says Tag Birge,FVP and Midwest regional director for Lauth, the building owner.Andy Martin with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented thetenant, and John Vandenbark with CB Richard Ellis representedLauth.

Also, Ameriprise Financial is leasing 6,800 sf. Ed Troha withCBRE represented the tenant and Vandenbark again represented theowner. The asking rate for the building is $22.50 per sf, Birgetells GlobeSt.com. The facility was finished last year.

The building is part of the three-facility Meridian CorporatePlaza office park, with a total of 330,000 sf. The entire park is92% leased, Birge says. Tenants include Bose McKinney & Evans,Hartford Fire Insurance Co., the Pillar Group and WalkerInformation.
