ASBURY, NJ-The Express-Times, a regional daily newspaper based in Easton, PA, has renewed its lease for the entire third floor of the three-story, 16,579-sf office building at 171 Route 173 here. The asset is owned by the J.G. Petrucci Co., which also has its HQ on-site. Terms of the renewal were not released.

For the tenant, the site is being used as a classified advertising telecenter for the Express-Times and the NJN Publishing network of community newspapers in northern and western New Jersey, as well as for the and websites. The Express-Times is also part of the Penn Jersey Advance network of newspapers.
