Thelocally-based company has developed more than 2 million sf ofproperty throughout the Las Vegas valley, and has an additional 3million sf currently under development and construction. InJune , the Plise-controlled entity that was developing CityCrossing--a planned $2-billion mixed-use development in Henderson,NV--filed for protection from creditors under Chapter 11 of the USBankruptcy Code.
