All four members of Fioretti Associates will move to Grubb &Ellis, Fioretti says. Bill Starcevich, who had been a seniorproject manager, will be a vice president of project management,and Tony Ucho will remain a project manager. Joanne Fioretti, whois the wife of Tom Fioretti, managed the office for FiorettiAssociates and will be a manager with Grubb & Ellis.

Fioretti says his firm had partnered with Grubb & Ellis onmore than 300,000 sf in projects recently. "They give us a muchbigger platform to work from," he says. Some of the projects thetwo teamed up on were for Levy Home Entertainment, VulcanMaterials, Bureau Veritas, SunGard, First Transit and Duff &Phelps.

Fioretti, who has 26 years of experience with Chicago realestate and construction, founded Fioretti Associates in 2002.Existing clients, such as Deloitte LLP, will become Grubb &Ellis clients, he says.
