Robert Donnelly Sr., Marc Rosenberg, Bill Brown, Robert Donnelly Jr. and Heather Polhamus of Cushman & Wakefield's Morristown office represented Cornerstone, which provides relocation services to a variety of organizations. Edison-based landlord Mack-Cali Realty Corp. was represented in-house by Richard Travaglini. Brown had represented Cornerstone in its original lease at the site nearly five years ago.
Terms of the renewal and expansion were not released. Direct availabilities in the building are listed with an asking price of $26.50 per sf, and a block of sublease space totaling about 38,000 sf is listed as "negotiable."
