Majestic, the owner-developer of the property, was representedby in-house broker Mike Roski. Bentley Prince Street Inc. wasrepresented by Frank M. Rivas of USI Real Estate Brokerage ServicesInc. in Newport Beach, CA, and Steve Bellitti and Tom Taylor ofColliers in City of Industry.
Topocean Consolidation Service has leased two warehousestotaling 132,000 sf, giving the tenant a 232,000-sf, three-buildingcompound on Workman Mill Road in theCrossroads Industrial Park inthe City of Industry. Topocean is a logistics company offering avariety of supply-chain management services.
