The company is moving out and consolidating operations fromaround Hendricks County, including a building in Plainfield, saysJennifer Burk, SVP with Duke. "I know they value the accessibilityand visibility of this location," she says. "Plus it's a brand newbuilding, and very efficient." The building opened in March, and isalready 93% occupied. Brightpoint will move into the site inOctober, but will continue to operate distribution centers inAirTech Business Park in Hendricks County.

The six building, 600,000-sf park as a whole is 92% occupied,she says. "It's been a very active market," she says. Rents at thepark are between $21 and $22 per sf, gross, Burk says. Woolpertsigned a 10-year lease for 23,700 sf in the IV building in June.Interactive Intelligence is another tenant of the facility.

Duke has another office building planned, the 100,000-sfWoodland Park VII, that could go just north of the VI building, shesays, though no movement is being made yet. "We're always on thedrawing board, evaluating. We have enough space to build two-threeadditional buildings if the market warrants it."
