Arbor Network's existing headquarters office is located at 430Bedford St. Its new building at 6 Omni Way is owned by NPV DirectInvest and leased by Kronos, an office management systems company.The new headquarters will be located at the intersection of Route 3and Interstate 495, a midway point between Arbor's existingheadquarters and a company that it recently acquired. John Boylefrom DTZ-FHO represented the sublessor, Kronos, while Jon Varholakof Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented Arbor. JohnBoyle declined to comment upon the deal.

Recently, Arbor purchased Merrimack, NH-based Ellacoya Networksto follow a mandate of "acquiring new products and technologiesthat expand and augment its solution set," according to a releaseon Arbor's website. This move, according to RBJ, is to facilitatethe consolidation of Ellacoya's New Hampshire office at 7 HenryClay Dr. into one office with Arbor.

Chelmsford, MA is roughly 25 miles from Merrimack, NH and about15 miles from Lexington. Route 3 runs through all three cities,making it a convenient commute from either of the previous officespaces.
