KING OF PRUSSIA, PA-Morgan Properties has brought J. PatrickO'Grady aboard as chief financial officer. As such, he will handlethe development of corporate accounting policies and procedures,cash management and the implementation of financial controls andreporting. Previously, O'Grady was chief financial officer for GMHCommunities Trust. Meanwhile, Todd Richman has taken on the role ofsenior vice president-financial planning and business development,a newly created position. He will be responsible for corporatebudgeting and forecasting, ancillary income development, utilityprocurement, property tax and insurance. He came to MorganProperties in 1999.
