The park is owned by DB RREEF Dulles Town Crossing LLC,co-developed with H Street Ventures and JF McKinney & Assoc.Donnally Vujcic Associates was the architect. Steve Perkins andMatt Gallagher from Jones Lang LaSalle are leasing thebuildings.

Developed on spec, the building has not inked any preleases yet,Perkins tells GlobeSt.com. Asking rates for the building will be$29.75 per sf, full service. The developers expect demand to bestrong for the building, Perkins says.

This submarket is popular with defense contractors that need tobe close to clients and, increasingly, they expect the latest inbuilding technology. Other companies, especially larger ones, arealso beginning to look for the amenities that are part of a LEEDcertified building, Perkins adds.
