Edmunds 3000California LLC, cites "continued interest and an extremely positiveresponse from home buyers and the brokerage community" despite thecurrent economic conditions."The developers say that move-ins areimminent at the project, which is located at the intersection ofJamboree Road and Campus Drive. Retailers scheduled to open in thefall will include the Urban Ranch Market, a market and deli foreveryday groceries; Phan 55, a Vietnamese restaurant; FukadaJapanese restaurant; Coffee,Craft & Deli and Plaza DryCleaners.

The luxury condominium project is the third tower in the 13-acremaster-planned development that also includes The Plaza-Irvine. The3000 The Plaza tower features units ranging from 1,375 sf to 3,025sf.

Designed by the architectural firm MV&P International, withlandscaping by SWA and interior design by Parisi Portfolio, the15-story tower includes 11 levels of single-story residences overenclosed parking. Ten penthouse units sit at the top of thetower.
