TAMPA, FL-Atwell-Hicks LLC, a Michigan-based land developmentconsulting firm, has expanded its regional presence by merging withlocally based civil engineering firm Hills & Associates Inc. Inturn, Atwell-Hicks will move into the company's building. Financialdetails of the deal were not disclosed.
