The latest four transactions included the purchase of a 29,495-sf industrial property at 17260 Newhope St. in Fountain Valley by Microtech Dental Manufacturing, the acquisition of a 16,747-sf property at 870 N. Eckhoff St. in Orange by two individuals, the purchase of a 12,747-sf building at 3041 Orange Ave. in Santa Ana by a private individual, and a law firm's acquisition of a 4,950-sf at 16430 Bake Parkway in Bacchus Development's Bacchus Office Park.
In the Microtech Dental deal and in the 3041 Orange Ave. sale in Santa Ana, the buyers were represented by Greg Velastegui of Voit's Irvine office. The seller in the Microtech sale was the Yardley Trust, which was represented by Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates. In the Orange Avenue sale, the seller was Escalette Enterprises, represented by Trent Walker and Jeffery William of Voit's Irvine office. In the sale of 870 N. Eckhoff St., the sellers were represented by Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit's Anaheim Metro office, with the buyers represented by Troy Williams of Grubb & Ellis. Bacchus represented itself, with Steve Lane of Voit's Irvine office representing the buyer of the Bacchus building.
The other five deals included sales of a 21,727-sf buildings at 3501 E. La Palma Ave. in Anaheim, a 3,300-sf at 7622 Talbert Avenue in Huntington Beach, a 5,000-sf building at 17701 Cowan in Irvine, a 6,160-sf property at 17216 Red Hill Ave. in Irvine and a 5,319-sf property at 1382 Valencia Ave. in Tustin.
In the 3501 E. La Palma Ave. transaction, North South La Palma LLC bought the building from Penner Partitions Inc.on a five-year sale-leaseback in which Rob Socci of Voit's Anaheim Metro office represented both the buyer and the seller. In the Huntington Beach sale, Michael Bouma of Voit's Anaheim Metro office represented the buyer, with Ted Sawyer and Darin McDonald of Lee & Associates representing the seller.
In the first Irvine sale, Mark Sigler and Gil Marrero of Voit's Irvine office represented the buyer, with John Griffin of Voit's Irvine office representing the seller. In the other Irvine sale, Steve Lane of Voit's Irvine office represented the seller, with Don Gregg of Curtis & Associates representing the buyer. In the Tustin transaction, Walter Frome and Bill Livesay of Voit's Irvine office represented both the buyer and the seller.
