TAMPA, FL-Ikea's grand entrance into Florida last fall continuesto hold strong, with giant walls being erected for its thirdlocation here. Crowds are continuing to flock to the Swedish homefurnishing chain's first statewide stores in Sunrise andOrlando.

A 353,000-sf store with surface parking for 1,700 vehiclescontinues on a29-acre industrial redevelopment site at Adamo Drive and 22ndStreet, just south of Tampa's Ybor City historic district. Thelocation is on schedule to open next summer and will be Ikea'ssixth in the Southeast, developed in only the last three years, aswell as its 37th nationwide and among nearly 300 worldwide.
