Bressi Ranch Medical Plaza is situated on a 1.94-acre property at the cornerof El Camino Real and Town Garden Road, fronting El Camino Real. The location is adjacdent to the new Tri-City Wellness Center, and the Bressi Ranch Medical Plaza is the only medical office building in the master-planned community of Bressi Ranch. It is also the only medical building for sale in the South Carlsbad area, according to the developers.
The new medical office project was designed by Smith Consulting Architects and is being built by Pacific Building Group, the general contractor for the development. Financing was arranged by Paul Conzelman of Bridgeport Investments through aloan with Newport Beach, CA-based Cal National Bank.
