The location is adjacdent to the new Tri-City WellnessCenter, and the Bressi Ranch Medical Plaza is the only medicaloffice building in the master-planned community of Bressi Ranch. Itis also the only medical building for sale in the South Carlsbadarea, according to the developers.
The new medical office project was designed by Smith ConsultingArchitects and is being built by Pacific Building Group, thegeneral contractor for the development. Financing was arranged byPaul Conzelman of Bridgeport Investments through aloan with NewportBeach, CA-based Cal National Bank.
