According to a spokesperson for locally based Soffer Organization, the office park's developer, CH2M chose to move to Penn Center West in order to expand its operations. The full-service engineering, procurement and construction company is relocating approximately 200 employees from their current office in Moon Twp. The new lease brings the building to 95% occupancy, and according to the spokesperson, building five is now essentially fully leased. The remaining space has a covenant restriction for an adjacent tenant.

Penn Center West boasts more than 670,000 sf of class A office space on more than 90 acres.
