Hughes will relocate to Singapore after leading EMEA tothreefold rise in profits since 2005, while doubling revenue inthree years up to 2007. Ulbrich oversaw the acquisition of Kemper'sGroup, Brune Consulting and other businesses during his tenure inGermany, growing the operation from six to 10 offices. Barge willremain a member of the firm's GEC as he rises to the chairmanship,after tripling revenue over the last five years and doubling thestaff, pushing into India and China.

The changes will take effect in January of 2009. The successorfor Ulbrich's position in Germany is currently underway.
