And Polymer Group has hired Binswanger to find a new owner, with the Philadelphia-based firm's Marc Policarpo and Seth Fisher heading the assignment. The property is currently listed on that firm's website without an asking price. "The building is divisible," says a Binswanger spokesman. "It also has a number of manufacturing amenities."
The property is located in South Jersey's Atlantic County, about halfway between Atlantic City and Philadelphia. Immediate access to major routes is via Route 55, and the building is crane and rail-served and has ceiling heights to 28 ft. clear, according to the spokesman.
