FLEMINGTON, NJ-As Stanbery Development’s 113,454-sf Shoppes at Flemington nears its opening date this week, three new tenants have signed on, slated to open by the end of the year. The new trio will join a tenant roster that already includes Ann Taylor Loft, Children’s Place, Coldwater Creek, J. Jill, Jos. A. Bank, Lane Bryant and Talbot’s, among others.

The newest signees are Five Below, a trend-products seller for teens and pre-teens, which has taken 7,532 sf. Bok Bok Fresh, a Mediterranean-style eatery, will occupy just less than 3,000 sf, and Mexican-style eatery Panchero’s has signed on for 2,735 sf.
