In the Tustin deal, Access Lighting Corp., an industrial andresidential lighting service based in Tustin, signed an 87-monthlease on a property at 1200 Valencia Ave. Both the tenant and thebuilding owner, CWV Commercial Properties, were represented by MikeHartel, Kevin Turner, John Griffin and Jeff Mitchell of the Irvineoffice of Voit Commercial Brokerage.

CWV Commercial was also the property owner in the 90,975-sftransaction in Irvine, where Lifted Research Group Inc., a men'sclothing company, signed a five-year lease valued at $3.9 millionfor a property at 9600 Toledo Way in the Irvine Spectrum. CWVCommercial was represented by Hartel and Turner, with the tenantrepresented by Ryan Harman of Lee & Associates.

In the third transaction, delivery and logistics servicesprovider signed a seven-year lease on a 58,201-sf building at 2051Raymer in Fullerton, close to the Fullerton Municipal Airport andwith access to the 5 and 91 freeways. The site will serve as theregional distribution facility for Dynamix, which was representedby JoAnne Duerr of Mohr Partners. The building owner is AlereProperty Group, which was represented by Mike Hefner of Voit'sAnaheim Metro office and Jack Faris of Voit's Irvine office.
