Wade declined to say how much the acres traded for. The hotel, SpringHill Suites at Lakeview, will be the latest generation of this flag, Wade says, with the room 25% larger than comparably priced hotels.

Set on 50-acres, the park will deliver some 400,000-sf of office space, two hotels, restaurants and banks. The architect is CMSS Architects. Interest in leasing the space is strong, Wade says, even through the park is still under development, with delivery expected a few years out.
