Mower and teammates Barney McAuley, Brandon Beeson, MartMartindale and a three-member support staff will come on board Oct.1, fresh off a four-year run at PM Realty Group. "Their going toCushman & Wakefield is great for them. They are fantasticpeople and will do a fantastic job for Cushman," says James C.Gunn, president of Houston-based PM Realty. "It's not like Cushmanstole them from us. Stephannie and I sat down and talked."

Gunn explains 90% of PM Realty's business is office and medicaloffice whereas the team largely is recognized for its strength inretail. "It's just a small part of PM Realty and probably will notgrow," he adds.

On the other hand, Elizabeth Trocchio Smith, C&W's executivemanaging director and regional manager in Texas, says Mower, apower broker with 25 years' experience, and her team are perfectfits to fill a gap in the Dallas office.
