"It's not like Cushmanstole them from us. Stephannie and I sat down and talked."

Gunn explains 90% of PM Realty's business is office and medicaloffice whereas the team largely is recognized for its strength inretail. "It's just a small part of PM Realty and probably will notgrow," he adds.
