In turn, the partnership allows Cassidy & Pinkard Colliersto compete in the select-service hotel sector, adding a newproperty type to its current offerings, according to Robert M.Pinkard, the firm's chairman. Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers claimsat least $4.2 billion in commercial sales, finance and leasetransactions completed last year, plus $75 million in projectmanagement and 13 million sf in commercial and retail propertiesmanaged.

Hotel AG, which has 14 offices nationwide beyond its Atlantaheadquarters, focuses primarily on upscale mid-market assets. Itcurrently has 50 hotels totaling $600 million on the market and hasclosed 17 transactions totaling more than 2,000 guest rooms overthe last ten months.
