"The Central Loop is doing pretty well, butthat may change because it's also the home of a lot of financialindustries, banks and investment bankers," Davidson "But behind the West Loop, the Central Loop is faringthe best." He says the Central Loop submarket has an 89% occupancyrate.


Asking lease rates in the building are around $21 per foot, net,Davidson says. The 286,000-sf Rookery is about 97% leased. "It's ahistorically significant building," Davidson says. "US Bank hasidentity in the building." The building was designed and occupiedby famous architects John Wellborn Root and David Burnham, and is adesignated landmark.
