The 50-story 3344 Peachtree building contains 492,000 sf withinits 26-story office segment, and features a variety of amenities onits top and bottom floors. The new Buckhead Club opens this monthon the 26th floor, along with an executive fitness center and spa,while casual dining restaurant Fresh to Order will open in October,followed by Pano Karatossos' Grand Café in the first quarter ofnext year, both on the ground level.

"It is particularly rewarding to experience just how soundly theAtlanta and Buckhead office markets have responded to and embracedthe inherent quality that 3344 Peachtree offers, as well as itsunsurpassed amenity base and architectural allure," David Tennery,a principal with Regent Partners, stated in a release. He notedthat the firm bought the site at least 15 years ago as part of theTower Place development.

New leases at 3344 Peachtree include Spanx by Sarah Blakely, awomen's hosiery manufacturer that will take nearly 38,000 sf andmove its headquarters from Lenox Overlook early next year, and RyanInc., a tax consulting firm that signed for approximately 12,000 sfand will relocate from Monarch Plaza later this year. Also, LittlerMendelson PC has expanded its original lease to more than 44,000sf, marking the law firm's third expansion since signing itsoriginal prelease commitment in September 2007.
