Watts and Carey King, senior associate, act as leasing agents for the building, which the company says is about 79% leased. The office building, which was constructed in 1986, is owned by the Feil Organization, a New York City-based real estate investment company. The property has a recently remodeled lobby and corridors, with retail shops and a cafe in the building. Asking lease rates for most space in 10 S. LaSalle range from $16 to $19 per foot, triple net, according to Feil.

Michael Sessa, Craig McKesson and Dan Maslauski with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the bank in the lease extension, but declined to comment on the transaction. Earlier this year, JLL also represented Northern Trust in an expansion and extension of its lease at nearby 181 W. Madison, where it now occupies 420,000 sf. The bank is based out of 50 S. LaSalle.
