Jovica Jakovac, managing director with Colliers InternationalSerbia, tells GlobeSt.com that the location is what will make thisproperty a winner. "It's perfectly between Belgrade and Novi Sad,with about three million people in a half-hour drive each way. Thiscity is one of the fastest growing in all of Europe."

The retail will be on two levels of the building, and willinclude international anchors, as well as local shops, Jakovicsays. There will also be a market and restaurants. The retailfloors will open by spring, he says. Jakovic says there's lettersof intent signed, but declined to name tenants.

The apartments will range from 400 sf to 2,150 sf, he says, andthe leasing of these will start by mid-next year. "The office is inpretty high demand, this is a big industrial zone," Jakovic says.An underground parking garage will have 270 spaces.
