Principal Greg Sackler of Saber notes that the deal is thesecond recently closed transaction for the firm, whose other recentacquisition was a 30,900-sf building called Air Cargo Center at3902 E. Air Lane Dr. in the Phoenix market, adjacent to the westernedge of Sky Harbor International Airport. Sackler and fellow Saberprincipal John Bertram are looking for both core and undervaluedassets throughout California, Arizona, Colorado, Texas and CostaRica.

The move into the building represents an expansion for theAerospace Corp., which was represented by Dave Kudrave in the leasetransaction. Saber purchased the building for $7.05 million andwillbe investing another approximatesly $2 million for tenantimprovements and other capital improvements. Saber was representedby Grafton Tanquary of CB Richard Ellis in the sale. The sellerrepresented by Bill Bloodgood and Bob Healy of CBRE.
