Along with the increased emphasis on this business line, a spokeswoman for the company tells GlobeSt.com that new hires will also be made to support Helminski in addition to the 120 professionals already staffing this area. "We are also expanding our service offerings in this area," she adds. The expansion will include development services, multi-site program management, relocation and move management and national account project management for both corporate and investor clients.
Prior to joining Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, Helminski most recently was managing director of the project and development Services group at Jones Lang LaSalle. Previous to this position, he was a partner with Arthur Andersen's real estate services group. He is a registered architect and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
