MIAMI-This San Antonio, TX-based property management firm hasexpanded its reach into South Florida and opened an office here.Andrew Ginsburg will head up the new operation as regional vicepresident. Most recently in his eight-year career, Ginsburg wasdirector of acquisitions and development for Aqua Marine Partners.Lynd Co. manages some 35,000 units in 41 medium and large-sizedcommunities in 13 states, primarily in Texas and the Southeast. InSouth Florida, the firm is targeting properties in Miami-Dade,Broward and Palm Beach counties with a minimum of 150 units.

NEW YORK CITY-John K. Larson has joined Centerline Capital Group asa managing director of its Agency Lending Products business group,part of the locally based company's Commercial Real Estatedivision. He will run the team's day-to-day operations for allconventional agency lending activities. Larson has been in thebusiness for nearly two decades, having served as a chief creditofficer for HarborPoint Capital, managing director with ColumnGuaranteed LLC and principal with Lend Lease Mortgage Capital.
