The scenario rooms and training arenas will be used primarily by military, security and law-enforcement agencies. Other tenants leasing Merritt properties in the Beaumeade Corporate Park are CACI, Liebert and Airbus
Originally the company came to Merritt to lease existing space, Ron Merritt, principal at the firm, tells GlobeSt.com. "But was not a cookie cutter deal, because of their specific security requirements." Eventually the lease negotiations turned into a build-to-suit contract.
