Swanson, who has been a regional real estate manager based inCoreland's Tustin office, will relocate to the new Brea office,which is at 330 W. Birch St. Swanson has been with Coreland since2005 and oversees the real estate management and operations for aportfolio consisting of retail and mixed-use properties locatedthroughout Orange County. Before joining Coreland, she served as aproperty manager for a major real estate owner, successfullymanaging a 2.1-million-sf portfolio.
