The project on four acres is in the final design stages, withBarry Poskanzer and Amy Nowak of the Ridgewood, NJ-based PoskanzerSkott Architects handling the design and directing the project. Thefinished Reserve at Watchung's 26 units will range from 2,000 sf to2,900 sf.
"Luxury condos, a category that's defined by amenities and sheerunit size, continue to draw high interest in this part of thecountry," Poskanzer says. "Architecture is a response to a culturalneed. It's creating a collection of space in order to shelterfunctions with the use of the materials and the technology that areavailable at the moment."
Builder Fein Construction is a Kinnelon, NJ-based company activein several North Jersey counties, including new construction andrenovation work.
