MIAMI-Local real estate veteran Scott Sime has joined Holly RealEstate as president of the newly formed brokerage division, HollySime Realty. Earlier this year, Sime was appointed managingdirector at CB Richard Ellis' Miami office, where he worked fornine years. Prior to working at CBRE, Sime was at Miami-basedCodina Group for nine years.
"This was a very entrepreneurial opportunity to make a strongimpact in the local market, the place where I grew up and lived mywhole life," Sime tells GlobeSt.com. "I came from an internationalplatform that is one of the best, if not the best, platforms in thebusiness, if not the best," he says of his time with CBRE.
